About
Shauna Pinneo
Shauna Pinneo was born at West Point, New York. Life with a military father meant moving many times in her youth. Germany,Kansas, California, New Jersey and Hawaii were among the stops on the way back to West Point where her father took a permanent professorship when Shauna was ten. The West Point pony club was the focus of Shauna's attention throughout junior high and high school. Horses had grown to be a life passion. Shauna returned to California for college and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Job opportunities after graduation took her to Seattle and in the spring of 1996, Shauna met Greg. They were married in the spring of 1998.
Today Shauna's life is a montage of multiple passions. The center piece of Shauna's life is their three children. Besides being a full time mom, Shauna is the owner of Trilogy Farm and Training, an exclusive dressage training facility in Monroe, Washington. Horses still continue to be a driving passion and owning and operating this facility is a way of living this passion on a daily basis. Shauna's two daughters have inherited the horse bug insuring many years of equine experiences to come. She desperately hopes their young son grows to love football as much as she does.
Over the last seven years Shauna has had a critical role in the design and development of the Pinneos' homes in Arizona and Washington. Both homes were custom built, and the process of seeing these projects through has taken many years and hundreds of meetings and decisions. Just like the construction and development of Trilogy Farm, great projects take great vision and follow through. Trilogy and the Pinneos' homes represent this commitment to vision in every detail.
As an owner of Reach Returns, Shauna's role as the "ying" in Greg's "yang" is clear for all to see. Shauna presents grounded guidelines that complement the philosopher in Greg. Shauna presents the other side of living with an entrepreneur. Her solid advice and straight talk has been refreshing and inspirational to people all over the country. Her priorities, values, and clarity give structure and bones to the Reach team. Shauna’s focus, drive, and strength lift those around her to believe in their best self.
Shauna's time and heart are spent as well in philanthropic areas concerning children, single mothers, and with organizations such as Medical Teams International. Shauna is a consummate reader, and is a lover of fast cars, great fashion, food and wine.
