Course Materials and CD's: We have an unconditional 3 day No Risk Money-Back Guarantee. If you decide you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, then simply return it to us within 3 days in "new" condition with all original materials and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Seminars: Reach Returns events and seminars will only be refundable if the participant attends the event and after attending the event is dissatisfied with the content. If a customer registers for an event or seminar and does not attend, his/her registration fee will not be refunded. With 30 days written notice seminar participants may request to attend the same seminar at a different date.

Monthly CD's: Payments for the monthly CD's will be charged in the beginning of each month, and cancellations may require up to 45 days to complete.
