Secondly, I am so excited that this new program on remodeling and construction will be available shortly. This is a “must have” resource for any investor. Having spent the last 2 days watching Greg in action, once again I see Greg’s dedication and commitment to provide the best educational materials for us. I also was invited to participate to the production of Reach Returns newest educational product and wanted to throw out a few insights that came to me in seeing the product in production....

It became very obvious to me early on that the Reach Returns crew spent many painstaking hours researching and doing their homework for this new product. The depth of material is incredible! Greg and the crew thought out just about every possible question that someone might ask in the process of a remodel or new construction project and attempted to explain and review the entire process. The end result I feel, is a complete and comprehensive tour of how to accomplish a project with success. Greg outlines many pitfalls that investors find themselves in, and makes a worthy justification for doing things "The Pinneo Way" and why project management is so important. It truly was education for me to hear first hand, and I know my future projects will run much smoother and be better organized. I will avoid many mistakes that I have made in past projects and have seen other investors make frequently. The audio portion of this product is many hours of Greg downloading his brain and his experiences in the arena of both remodeling and new construction and would be an incredible product in itself. But wait, there's more......

I also got a chance to be on location for filming for the video portions of the product. Again, in true Reach Returns style, the planning and research that went into the video is unlike any other product to my knowledge on the market. Trekking throughout the greater Puget Sound area to see Greg explain firsthand various remodeling and new construction projects was impressive. He takes the audience on the job sites and outlines all aspects of the projects as they are in progress. No stone is left unturned! His knowledge and willingness to dive into the minutia of construction is hugely beneficial and will allow us as Power Players to look at a potential remodel or new construction project with an advanced set skill set. The more education and experience I get in the areas of real estate, they more I understand how much more there is to learn and how quality education is paramount to continued success. I feel like I got a "Masters Degree" in construction even though I thought I knew a lot! The education from this course will allow me to enter into future projects with more confidence knowing I have taken the steps necessary to avoid pitfalls, plan with thought, and implement the tricks of the trade.

Lastly, Greg's thorough explanation on the topics of project and contractor management, and how to protect yourself form trouble and problems is invaluable! The lessons he shares as he has learned from his many years of experience really are both funny and educational at the same time. Greg's years in the trenches and his willingness to share these lessons in this production really has helped me to know that there isn't any situation he hasn't run into. He speaks from authority in that he has see most everything in this game....

I had the priviledge of previewing a small part of the finished, edited product and can only say that it is amazing! This Reach Returns production is special and I can't wait to dive into the entire content once it is released!

A few comments to build on Shirley’s great input below. We all know that Greg, Jamie and the Reach Returns team are quite modest, and in my opinion deserve some significant recognition for what they have managed to put together in this program!

I flew in from Chicago and spent two days in a recording studio with Greg and the Reach Returns team reviewing and creating the Audio CD portion of the course. I am in the midst of a construction project and an apartment building remodeling project and had previously purchased other remodeling / construction training courses. Two things struck me immediately about the Reach Returns the program:

1. Depth of Material – So many other training courses and instructors give you the clear sense that “they’ve been at this for just a few years and are now making instructional DVDs.” The Reach Returns material is quite different, and Greg’s 30 years of construction experience clearly came through (in his tips, tricks and methods of effectively managing contractors). The depth of knowledge was really very impressive. Especially valuable for me, were the “journeyman-practitioner tips” and “pitfalls to avoid” throughout the material, which differentiate this course from other watered-down alternatives.

2. Approach – In true Reach Returns fashion, the program framework is based on a very logical progression…starting with the “dirt/foundation” and progressing along each construction phase in its chronological order. Greg steps through these phases with case study examples of a SF home and an apartment building – and quite frankly, few people other than the guru Greg have the knowledge to actually pull this off. I feel like a grade school kid who received the answer key before the test was published, because I’m already using the construction financial rules-of-thumb on my current projects and the program is not even out yet.

Bottom Line: I completely echo Shirley’s sentiments below, as Greg, Jamie and the whole team showed unbelievable dedication and tremendous planning that led up to the days of recording in the recording studio. Huge Kudos to Greg, Jamie and the entire Reach Team on an awesome product!!!
