• Writing Up the Deal: Pulling it all together in a comprehensive offer that meets the sellers needs and yours.
• Property Management: How to manage buildings for long-term wealth.
• Expandability: Essentials of expandability through an entrepreneurs understanding of construction.

• Small group exercises going over real life and practical applications of the topics Greg teaches.
• A continental breakfast each day.
• Participants will be responsible for their own travel arrangements, meals, and hotel accommodations. Reach Returns will make available a preferred rate for hotel accommodations.
