About Greg Pinneo

Gregory Pinneo is a Northwest native and a graduate of the University of Washington. For over 30 years Greg has been a full time real estate investor and has become a recognized industry expert in acquisition, finance, negotiation and property management.

	Greg’s personal portfolio has included the purchase of over 500 units in over 200 different buildings. In addition, he has conducted more than 500 brokerage negotiations. Greg has created a system that in over 30 years of investing has never lost him money on a Real Estate transaction.
Through a myriad of challenging and changing conditions, Greg has never missed a mortgage payment and unlike many speakers, has never declared bankruptcy. Greg is Owner of Gregory Pinneo Construction And Development Company, Average Joe Consulting and Founder and CEO of Reach Returns, Inc.

While actively engaged in growing both his business and his real estate portfolio, Greg served as an instructor on Real Estate investing for Seattle Pacific University for four years. As an educator, and ad hoc advisor, Greg teaches strategies for success, effective techniques, and productive practices. He shares lessons learned that have proven enormously valuable throughout his career.

Greg has a passion for “giving back” to the profession and people in his life. He has been a keynote speaker for numerous universities, business and community organizations as well as high schools. In these engagements he gives entrepreneurial insights, motivational speeches and commencement addresses. From the highlights of building an extraordinary entrepreneurial empire, to summiting some of world's highest mountain peaks, to the lows of a prison cell where he spent several months, Greg's diverse experience and willingness to be open about all of his history allows him to bring a very unique message. Greg’s life is enhanced by his many personal interests and accomplishments. Greg is a pilot and holds private, multi engine, instrument and float plane ratings. His personal 1997 Cessna Skylane enables him to reach clients and investigate prospects from Washington to Arizona. An avid outdoorsman, Greg summited both Mount Illimani (21,193 feet) and Huayna Potosi (19,968 feet), in Bolivia in 2001. In 1997 he was the 5 State Western Regional Handball Champion.

Greg recently moved from Trilogy Farm, an Equestrian Center owned by him and his wife Shauna to Edmonds, WA. They are in the construction process of a new waterfront home in Edmonds and have wrapped up construction on their home in Arizona. Greg is passionate about his wife and five children, the outdoors, flying, SCUBA Diving, golf, and good wine. He and Shauna are active supporters of Habitat for Humanity and Northwest Medical Teams.
